Sasi KUMAR started in the Adventure Learning industry in 2009. He holds a Diploma in Outdoor & Adventure Learning and has gained much exposure from youth development and corporate organisations.
His desire for continuous learning and passion in this industry propels him to drive corporate programmes and share similar perspectives with others.
He has worked with various organisations, including schools, private and public institutes, MNCs and SMEs.
His biggest motivation in this industry is the participants. Seeing participants enjoying themselves, picking up new knowledge and applying it back to the workplace gives Sasi a great sense of satisfaction, even if the time spent with each participant is short.
Sasi has held the Chief Operating Officer position for various organisations in the outdoor and adventure industry. This experience and his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration have given him enough knowledge to understand the business aspects.
Sasi is now focusing on growing businesses in the outdoor and adventure industry and building a stronger foundation in the backbone of the sector – Facilitation.
