Learning Facilitators create an appropriate environment for learners to feel comfortable to consider new ideas and are not threatened by external factors.  The facilitator helps learners learn at their own pace and in a way that is relevant and personal to them.

Your Journey to Certification

Your journey to certification for Certified Master Learning Facilitator™ uses the same application package as for the Certified Master Facilitator®, and while the experience requirements are the same, the knowledge and skills assessment are specific to learning facilitators and not process facilitators.
