Dave is a retired U.S. Army Infantryman and Acquisition Officer. He is currently a federal civil servant that facilitates Executive and working level cross functional teams within the Department of Defense, its agencies and Military Services, and their Industry partners. He has facilitated these groups in addressing topics ranging from leadership and strategic planning to Program Execution and Control. Dave’s passion is to facilitate effective communication and joint planning within and across the Government – Industry team. He is more than willing to facilitate, or be a thinking partner with, any group striving to achieve better acquisition outcomes that will provide our Nation’s Warfighters with a decisive advantage against our adversaries.
