Mrs. Tameeka Washington is a Certified Skilled Facilitator. Since 2017, she has facilitated more than 400 hours of discussion for various groups helping address persistent culture issues and guide strategy sessions. As a trained facilitator, she listens to understand and expertly helps groups navigate through the most difficult conversations.

Ms. Washington specializes in working with the Intelligence Community (IC), which she joined as an analyst in 2004 and holds the highest-level security clearances. However, she has experience working with many kinds of groups.

Prior to her employment in the IC, Ms. Washington worked as a journalist at newspapers and radio stations in New York and Connecticut. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University.

Ms. Washington lives in Maryland with her husband, Arthur, who is a lieutenant in the Baltimore City Fire Department, and their two children, Anabel and Aaron.
