• Somnuk is a highly experienced international facilitator of leadership development, organizational culture transformation and employee/customer engagement.
• Somnuk has over 20 years of practical experiences in business and financial management across a number of industries from insurance, financial services, oil and gas, transportation, government agencies, and the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
• Somnuk specializes in developing customized group and facilitation programs using principles drawn from positive psychology, appreciative inquiry, Theory U, action learning, visual thinking and other engagement techniques.
• Her passion for people development and education has led her to aspire to “make a difference” through facilitation. This was brought about through her experience in managing and working with a diversity of people. Most of her facilitation approaches have been based on “Experiential Learning” using workshops, case studies, role-playing, and other action learning techniques.
