Melanie partners with organizations to coach, train and facilitate individuals and teams including leaders, managers and individual contributor experts. Her focus areas are: Increasing ability for self-awareness, motivation, influence/communication skills, managing and leading change.
When coaching executives and facilitating team development she uses a solution focused approach that supports their ability to navigate their organization, handle challenging political situations, ability to influence key stakeholders, manage others and gain trust.
Her 15-year career in Human Resources has included working with global organizations such as SAP, Rohm and Haas (now merged with Dow Chemical), Saint Gobain and, prior to partnering Lorensbergs, she held senior leadership roles in HR for Essity (formerly known as SCA North America). Her current main clients are Astra Zeneca, Volvo and Spotify.
She lives in Sweden and has degrees from New York University in Psychology & Performance Arts for Acting in theater, as well as a Master´s degree from Villanova University in Human Resource Development. Melanie is also certified as a professional facilitator, International Association of Facilitators, certified virtual facilitator, International Institute of Facilitation and Executive coach for both individuals and teams with Marshall Goldsmith.
