Joey is a corporate trainer with 10 years of experience in improvisational theater, specializing in using improv games combined with facilitation techniques to deliver workshops on team integration, corporate culture implementation, communication skills, and leadership for companies. He has worked with over 100 companies, including L’Oréal, Bosch, Roche Pharmaceuticals, Tencent, and Huawei, and has also conducted team integration workshops for various business schools, such as China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), Peking University Business School, and Tsinghua University Business School.
