Elena has built a wide competence within complex change, coaching, leadership and team development. She comes originally to the world of facilitation by way of finance and has since complemented with studies in behavioral science and sustainability. It is extremely important for Elena to continuously learn, grow and challenge herself. One way of doing that is to act a mentor in different programs.
