Chris Armstrong is the Co-Owner of Veritas Culture and a highly sought-after consultant, facilitator, speaker, and coach in the areas of organizational culture and diversity and inclusion.
Among his multitude of past positions includes serving as the Culture Executive for the Defense Intelligence Agency and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. As well, he has served as a Diversity Executive, Chief of Leadership Development, and Chief of Enterprise Learning.
Chris was one of the youngest (31) senior executives in the history of the federal government. He attained this prestigious rank for his ability to motivate and influence others, translate strategic goals into actionable outcomes, and successfully advocate for the empowerment and equality of underrepresented groups. To the latter, Chris won the People’s Choice Diversity Award an unprecedented three times.
Chris has been called to assess and repair culture and diversity and inclusion challenges around several high visibility, national level situations to include the Charlottesville Race Riots, the Pulse nightclub shooting, and the Kavanaugh confirmation. All told, he has facilitated more than 4,700 culture sessions across more than 170 government, non-profit, and private sector organizations.
Chris is a Certified Master Facilitator, an ICF Certified Coach, an IDC Certified Diversity Executive, and an OKA Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner.
