Lauren Green is a Certified Master Facilitator, coach, and trainer, as well as a visual notetaker. She is the owner and executive director of MeetingMakers, a close-knit team of experienced facilitators, trainers, and meeting coaches who partner with clients to design and facilitate meetings with tangible outcomes and lasting impact.
Known for her high energy and ability to fuel creativity while driving productivity, Lauren specializes in experiential facilitation methods—including LEGO® Serious Play®, visual thinking, and interactive design—that help groups unlock insight, strengthen collaboration, and move from conversation to action.
She believes facilitation should be a core competency for all professionals and is on a mission to make this a reality by equipping leaders and teams with practical meeting skills that scale.
Lauren earned a master’s degree in Organization Development and Knowledge Management from George Mason University, where she now teaches facilitation as an adjunct professor. She is certified through the International Institute for Facilitation (INIFAC) as a Certified Master Facilitator (CMF®) and is also an International Coach Federation certified coach. Lauren holds credentials in MBTI®, DiSC, and EQi (emotional intelligence), and is certified in LUMA design thinking methods through the LUMA Institute.
