Tham Fun Yuen — known as Fun — is a Certified Competent Facilitator® with over 18 years of experience in facilitation, coaching, and training. Based in Singapore, Fun works with corporations, government agencies, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations across Asia, including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, and China. His facilitation practice spans strategic planning, organizational development, culture and values alignment, stakeholder engagement, and leadership retreats. He also designs and delivers programs in social-emotional learning and emotional competence for schools, institutions, and corporate teams. Before facilitation, Fun spent 16 years in international business, in sales, business development, and management roles with IT software companies serving the aviation, banking, and telecommunications industries, including five years leading operations in China and Hong Kong. He holds an MBA from the National University of Singapore. Fun is the founder of Engage In Clarity and an Associate Facilitator with Facilitators Network Singapore.
