I have been engaged in consulting and training work for enterprises for many years, assisting companies in building their talent pipelines and addressing business challenges through action learning and workshops. I have participated in the implementation of workshops focused on performance improvement, business discussions, team integration, problem-solving, and retrospectives.

Currently, I focus on three main areas as a training practitioner and facilitator: training design, training project operations, and the integration of training technologies. I am dedicated to making training and learning more accessible.
