Erin Nicole Gordon is a certified professional facilitator, seasoned strategy consultant and certified integral coach that specializes in visual methods to solve complex challenges and craft meaningful experiences. With over two decades of consulting and facilitation experience in-person and online with top consulting firms, for the largest systems implementations in the world, and at the most senior ranks across the whole of government, Ms. Gordon brings her expertise and ever-curious, high energy to every engagement.
As founder and executive director of WAYFIND®, she and teaming partners provide professional facilitation, consulting, training and coaching services that leverage creative techniques and visual methods to map futures, navigate uncertainty and chart new ways of working. Ms. Gordon leverages her experience as a master visual practitioner and master facilitator to design and deliver online learning courses, trainings and workshops. As a certified agile coach (ICP-ACC), MBTI® practitioner, and DiSC® authorized partner, trainer and facilitator, she is increasingly sought after by emerging and executive leaders and teams alike to accelerate strategic growth and development.
Ms. Gordon holds a MBA and MS in Strategic Management from Indiana University and BS in Commerce and Spanish from the University of Virginia. She is a Certified™ Professional Facilitator (CPF) with IAF, Certified Master Facilitator (CMF®) and Virtual Facilitator (CVF®) with INIFAC, and maintains a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification with PMI. Ms. Gordon grounds her design thinking and innovation expertise with certification from the University of Virginia and is a registered yoga instructor (RYT-500) with Yoga Alliance.
