I am a facilitator and a training professional with 11 years of experience in the field, currently serving a globally leading organization in the industry, supporting a team of over 16,000 people. I am passionate about my work—whether it’s facilitating workshops, delivering training sessions, or organizing talent development programs. It all feels like empowering individuals and organizations, fostering growth for both individuals and groups. At the same time, I also draw nourishment and energy from the process.
