Molly has 20 years of experience in facilitation and training spanning the public and governmental sectors, including all levels of management and staff in federal government agencies and public health organizations. She has worked with groups to focus on team development, leader development, strategic planning, strategic implementation, organizational design and development, change management, as well as more focused workshops, for example, to develop technical components necessary for a guidebook. Molly leverages effective and innovative techniques to include Human Centered Design to drive results and participation.
In addition to being a CMF®, Molly holds certifications in Instructional Systems Design, Human Centered Design (Instructor, Facilitator and Practitioner), Organizational Design, ScrumMaster, and Project Management. She has a MA in Public Administration from the George Washington University, where she concentrated her studies on Leadership and Organizational Management, and a BA in Psychology from the University of New Mexico.
