Shoba is the founder of the Innovation Matrix, which specialises in strategy retreats, department work-planning sessions and innovation consultancy. She is a Certified Master Facilitator® (CMF®), Scrum Master and CTI trained coach, with over 20 years’ worth of experience in innovation and facilitation.
In addition to her consulting and facilitation work, she has also delivered numerous speeches in creativity and innovation. She also formed part of the team to write a book on facilitation called “Collaboration by Design” released late 2017.
Shoba is also a faculty partner to Singapore Design Council and Google Academy Worldwide. Shoba complements her work in the commercial world with her adjunct work at the Civil Service College of Singapore, partnering the Institute of Leadership and Organisation Development to develop leaders across the entire Civil Service.

Shoba earned her Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from the University of New South Wales, Australia; and the Graduate Diploma in Science (Psychology) from the University of Sydney, Australia.
