Dan Hogan, CMF®, is the creator of the Right-Minded Teamwork (RMT) system and a pioneer in the field of results-driven facilitation. With over 40 years of experience, Dan has personally facilitated more than 500 teams across 7 countries, often partnering with leadership for 2–3 years to ensure sustainable growth.

A Certified Master Facilitator® since 2006 and former INIFAC Board Member, Dan designed RMT to replace “silly games” with a rigorous, real-world framework focused on 100% customer satisfaction.
