Connie Arentson is a Program Manager at ConnectWise for the IT Nation team. She has been in that role for the last 4 years, working with programs that bring Technology Solution Providers together in peer groups to strengthen both their business and their lives. In this roll she is honored to walk beside business owners and key leaders to help them reach their desired outcomes. She facilitates owners’ groups, service executive peer groups, and both face to face and online groups. It is very fulfilling to help members move forward in both life and business. Prior to that she was with of Heartland Technology Solutions (HTS)/Oxen Technology from 1995 – 2016. She joined HTS in 1995 as a technician. She transitioned to Service Manager as the company began to grow, and held that position until 2009 when she was named president. She was a member of the HTG peer group HTG50+, and served on the True Profits service group before joining HTG. She served as an advisory board member to the Synnex Cloud Group. Prior to her time with HTS Connie worked at the Gold-Eagle Coop in central Iowa for 5 years, at Northrup King in Jefferson, IA for 5 years, and at Agriland FS in Harlan, IA for 1 1/2 years. Connie earned her BS at Iowa State University with a double major in Agriculture Education and Dairy Science. She is active at First Baptist Church serving as worship leader on the Praise Team, taught Sunday School, served as a Deacon, and teaches children in BYF (Baptist Youth Fellowship). She has also served as a board member on the Harlan Sports Boosters Club. Connie is married to Terry Arentson and they are parents of 3 boys and now have 6 grandchildren.
