He is an executive at Pueo Business Solutions focused on helping shape corporate and client outcomes using his trademark approach to facilitating change in tailored, root-focused ways.

Prior to coming to Pueo, Chris was one of two founders of Veritas Culture, a successful company that performed over 290 assessments and trained over 1,600 people in the areas of culture facilitation. During this tenure, Chris was the by-name request to facilitate some of the most sensitive, national-level discussions to include the George Floyd, January 6th, and the SCOTUS decision on Roe V. Wade. He is widely recognized for his ability to facilitate without the traditionally required uses of ground rules, agendas, and prep work. In this, Chris is often called upon in emergency situations or to resolve long-standing issues for which traditional methods did not yield the desired results.

Before founding Veritas Culture, Chris was a member of the Senior Executive Service—attaining the grade at 31 years old, one of the youngest in the history of the federal government. He achieved this by demonstrated an innate ability to focus on,  understand, and resolve root-level issues—regardless of the topic.
